Encouraged by the reviews on this site, I went to VW of Rochester to investigate the Jetta GLI. My last car purchase having been in 2004 I had quite a learning curve to cover. Rather than condescending to this crazy old lady, Casey patiently explained all the newfangled contraptions, synched my phone and helped me configure the Apple CarPlay .. and did it all with a wonderful sense of humor. Definitely recommend this dealership, and Casey Beranger, to all!
